Traditional Kentucky Barbeque does not use sauces directly on the meat but are provided on the side as dippings. We do recognize that our clients enjoy a variety of "added flavour" to our BBQ so we have developed BBQ, Teriyak, Orange Maple Ginger Sand Lemon Herb Sauces to brush onto our meats, fish and poultry as part of the final finishing process.
The essense of the BBQ taste is in the rub that is generously applied to the meat/poultry/fish before the smoking process. At PartChef.ca we prepare a fresh rub consisting of freshly roasted and ground cumin, mustard, garlic, onion and 5 types of south western and Mexican peppers for the most delicious result.

Our BBQ brisket and ribs are slow cooked over a combination of dried hickory wood and super fragrent coal from Argentina. Through expermination in time, cooking heat and ventilation we have perfected the taste, texture and tenderness of our BBQ meals.
